I focus nearly all of my time on complex patent litigation in various District Courts (and the Federal Circuit) throughout the country. I have a particular level of experience litigating in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas where I have handled over 100 cases. My cases focus on a broad variety of technologies including telecommunications, semiconductor operation and fabrication, e-commerce, encryption methods and standards, wireless communication techniques and protocols, computer and server architecture, liquid crystal displays, data encryption, medical devices, and business methods.In addition to patent litigation, I have experience in post-grant review proceedings at the PTO (IPRs and CBMs), intellectual property licensing, trademark litigation and opposition/cancellation proceedings, patent prosecution, and copyright litigation.
