Managing a team of 8 people in my department in a square foot shop that is one of the most high trafficked shops in the front range. Covering over 200 products and maintaining a high sales number throughout the season. 20••••23 season running the top store in term of all sales for Vail Resorts- Merchandising the ski wall, boot wall, bindings, backcountry safety equipment, etc. Making sure the wall and shop would look professional, clean, and safe. As well as price management for all hardgoods SKUs-While running the Alpine Department I also made sure all service work would be complete on deadlines. Shop work includes (Ski Mounts, Tunes, Waxes, Binding Tests, cosmetic fixes, and boot work-Currently over in sales combined with my team in the 20••••24 season. Increase of over 11% over last year and 22% the year before-Communication with the Hardgoods Sales Buyers on price changes throughout the year on the 250 SKUs that my department sells
