Provides technical input into evaluating proposals during bid evaluation and provides recommendations in clarifications and rankings. Coordinates site plan developing with operations. Coordinate kickoff meetings and ensures Contractor Required Documents Checklist is completed. Manage field construction. Implement safety, quality and environment plans and ensures all work is compliant with company safety, environmental and operating procedures. RFI’s – Request For Information Provides field execution expertise during field activities and supports progress update meetings. Contributes to achieving project cost & scheules goals by ensuring variances are identified and corrective action and mitigation plans are developed. Coordinate weld procedures and inspection test plan approvals. Identifies non-conformance to specification and follows up on non-conformace reports and appropriate action. Champion safety leadership to meet safety objectives and continuously improve the safety culture. Ensure all permanent records require by the clients standards and specification are generated, collected, and retained and turned over according to project deadlines. Coordinate demobilization of infrastructure, closure of construction deficiency list and turnover of project construction records. Works closely with Project Managers to achieve project goals and milestones. Coordonates pipeline outages with operations. Interface with internal stakeholders including: Quality Assurnce, Project Controls, Compliance and Operations, Gas Control and Supply Change Management.
