I am so excited to have this new career path. I am part of a great team and it\'s great to want to go to work everyday. Previously was an Experienced MI Analyst and Resource Forecaster with management experience. My key skills include stakeholder management, systems ownership and analysis, business process mapping, implementation and support. I have extensive experience of both Customer Relations and Operational departments. Designed telephony systems for all of an Operations Centre and Disaster Recovery site. A self-motivated individual who works well under pressure, applying good inter-personal skills to maintain productive working relationships. I employ a holistic approach to ensure that solutions meet user requirements. I am able to communicate well with all levels of staff from senior management through to direct users of applications. These skills, coupled with a customer focused approach, have help achieve high levels of stakeholder satisfaction and key programme delivery.
