I am a seasoned executive leader with over 25 years of experience leading large teams, managing complex operations, and creating systems that support growth, equity, and innovation.For the past two decades, I’ve served as Principal of Berkshire Middle School, where I led 75+ staff, oversaw multi-million-dollar budgets, managed crisis response, directed strategic planning, and built strong partnerships with families and community leaders. My leadership style blends emotional intelligence with data-driven decision-making.As I transition into the next phase of my professional journey, I’m seeking a new challenge outside of traditional education—whether in nonprofit leadership, corporate learning & development, EdTech, or the public sector.
