ABOUT JASON CHIBANDA
I’m a UX Designer with over 7 years of experience across UX research and design, currently working within the BBC’s Product Group.I’m naturally curious and exploring new perspectives, complex problems and unfamiliar spaces. What motivates me most is understanding how people think, behave and make decisions and turning those insights into clear, thoughtful experiences that genuinely make life easier.I’ve worked across high-traffic platforms and real-time environments, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, researchers and editorial teams to ship user-centred solutions at scale. My background in research means I’m comfortable getting close to users running studies, moderating sessions and translating insights into actionable design decisions.I enjoy working in collaborative environments where ideas are shared openly, feedback is welcomed and we build better solutions together. I’m always keen to learn, experiment and step into new challenges that stretch my thinking. If you’re working on interesting product problems or just want to connect and exchange ideas, feel free to reach out.
