Responsible for the Plants multimillion-pound (£) CapEx and OpEx Maintenance budgetsIdentifying, assessing and controlling threats to the department’s capital, earnings and operations through the Risk Management process.Delivering the Company Asset Management Framework (CAMF) through Standards, Codes of Practice (CoP) and Guides, to all areas of the business including Shutdown Management, Scheduling, Emerging Work, Plant Configuration Management, Maintenance Cost Control, SHE compliance, Improvement Management, Self-Assessment and Strategy Deployment, utilising key KPIs and scorecards to measure performance to Annual Plan Working with third party independent inspectors and compliance engineers to deliver the PSSR regulation requirements to ensure compliance.Responsible for the departments Management of Change (MOC) process including Risk Identification, Risk Assessment, Authorisation Checklists, Evaluation Forms and MOC Authorising.Delivering SHE Compliance through SHE Asset Integrity for our critical assets to maintain safe, efficient, and reliable operation within design limits to ensure that we deliver against customer requirements. SHE Asset Integrity is an integral part of both Process Safety and Occupational Safety; ensuring that our Safety, Health and Environmental (i.e. SHE critical) assets are appropriately managed.Technology Development to identify, develop and nurture knowledge in Engineering Technology where it can deliver significant value, through areas such as Condition Monitoring.Talent Management and Capability Development through the Tata engineering, craft and graduate scheme, utilising Appraisal, Succession Planning, Career Development and Chartership progression to develop, engage, motivate, and progress engineers through their careers.
