About Jason Challand

Jason Challand has joined Veritas Realty to help grow their commercial real estate leasing and sales team. Jason brings over 25 valuable years of commercial real estate experience to Veritas Realty. He will be an immediate contributor to our Brokerage Services Group with a focus on retail and office tenant representation, as well as providing Landlord/Seller advisory services with a specialization in leasing, disposition, acquisition, and land-assemblage of commercial real estate. Prior to joining Veritas, Jason was the Principal Owner and Managing Broker for Echelon Realty Advisors in Indianapolis, focused on commercial real estate brokerage services throughout Indiana with long-standing client relationships. Additionally, Jason has successfully completed numerous, complex land development and entitlement projects throughout his career. Before starting Echelon, Jason was a Principal with Eaton Investments, Ltd, Inc. for over 10 years, overseeing the acquisition, development, and sales of a large portfolio of single family residential and condominium projects. Throughout his career, Jason has gained valuable experience in the finance, sales, leasing, and development aspects of investment real estate
