Strategic advisor to the Founder/President and the CEO of this dynamic non-profit organization, which aims to educate individuals and organizations on the value of diversity and inclusion within motorsports.In this role, I develop strategies (as well as implementation tactics) which enable teams, brands and race promoters to provide pipelines of entry for disenfranchised communities. From drivers, to marketers, to engineers, our goal is to grow motorsports by inspiring interest in all fields by those who otherwise would not be a part of it.
