Create, track and maintain budgets for studio, graphics and editing personnel for regularly scheduled broadcasts and special projects. Main point of contact for external production clients on the use of available studio space, managing profit generating projects from inception to completion in relation to budgets, contracts, crewing, technical requirements and final billing. Manage 100+ Directors Guild of America and 125+ NABET represented employees for all ABC News Programs. Perform analytics on a continual basis, leading to the introduction of automation into the studio’s workflow.
