On account with Walgreens Pharmacies, troubleshoot, diagnose, and work around software issues, while working with the developers towards fixes in an Agile environment. • Prior to placement on account, graduated Java and Angular bootcamps.(Including some back-end NodeJS) Served as team leader guiding development of our demo project. • Designed and wrote a script which generates reports for stores identifying trouble prescriptions and guides store-level fixes, leading to 80% reduction in the size of one of our busiest incident queues. • Success of above led to leadership assigning me to additional project designing and writing report which informs stores what prescriptions are set for delivery that day since the functionality was not built into the main software. Implemented this per their specifications. • Troubleshot two recent pilot issues finding the exact block of code at issue, communicating with third-level programming team to get fix into production. • Competent with advanced use of PSQL multi-table joins to query data for customer complaints under time constraints • Worked with company as they transition services to the cloud. • Maintain legacy workaround scripts as needs change.
