Experienced Cinema Industry Leader | Expert in Management, Training, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)With an impressive 30-year tenure in the cinema industry, I have honed my skills in management, training, and development, specializing in creating effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Throughout my career, I have held various key positions, including Assistant Manager, General Manager, District Manager, Regional Manager, Director of Employee Development, Director of Food and Beverage (current), Vice President of Operations, and Executive Officer of Operations(current).As the Executive Officer of Operations, I successfully lead operations for 27 locations, overseeing a dedicated team of near employees. My achievements include earning internal awards as the only back-to-back recipient of the prestigious \"Going the Extra Mile\" award in company history. I have consistently reduced operational costs, navigated the complex challenges of closing and reopening during the Covid pandemic, and rebuilt operations from 200 to over employees between 2020 and 2022.I take pride in my ability to negotiate competitive F&B contracts, improving cost of goods, and consistently meeting or exceeding payroll and SPA goals.
