Has undertaken both pre and post contract activities, those being the measurement of full bills of quantities, pre-tender estimates, interim valuations, measurement of post-contract variations, agreement of final accounts. Involved in pre-tender negotiations of both Main and Sub Contractors on behalf of various clients. Preparation of Claims for both Sub-contractors and Main –contractors for building, civil works and petrochemical works. Involved with compiling documents for Adjudication Proceedings. Also carried out both Estimating and Cost Analysis Roles within the Petrochemical Industry over the last 8 years, and has a good understanding of Cost Control, Cost Estimating and Contracts.
