Jason, seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in managing industrial field services businesses, specializing in strategic acquisitions and operational excellence.Since joining Colt Group as CEO nearly three years ago, Jason has continued to exemplify his commitment to strategic growth and operational excellence. His leadership has been pivotal in driving the company forward by expanding market presence, improving operational efficiencies, and introducing innovative technology. Jason’s strategic vision and innovative approach have positioned Colt Group as a leader in the industrial field services sector, ensuring sustainable growth and enhanced service delivery.Before joining Colt, Jason served as Executive Vice President of Operations for Acuren Inspection, where he successfully oversaw 3,100 employees across 43 field locations. Under his leadership, Acuren expanded its customer base, enhanced service offerings, integrated five key acquisitions, and digitized field reporting processes—demonstrating his ability to drive growth and innovation.Prior to Acuren, Jason held senior leadership roles at Team Industrial and HydrochemPSC (formerly PSC). At both companies, he was instrumental in adopting and integrating advanced systems, streamlining processes, securing new customers, and unifying teams to meet the evolving needs of a diverse client base.Jason\'s academic credentials include a BS and an MBA from the University of Houston, underpinning his strong foundation in business management. He lives in the Houston area with his wife and two children.
