Manage inventory materials and stock levels to ensure timely vehicle repairs as wells as forecast future needs based on consumption trends. Operate fork lift daily for loading and unloading of shipments containing pallets and crates of varying weights and sizes. Correctly bill all materials used to the correct work order. Provide reports to management to assist in the improvement of parts ordering and receiving processes. Implanted on site order tracking system. Assist in the repair of vehicles as needed. Assist in valets to make sure the vehicles are returned to the owners in a timely manner. Explain the repairs performed to the client upon return of the vehicle. Provide vehicle systems training to the owners as needed. Materials shipping and receiving. Responsible for cataloging and returning all warranty parts to the factory. Responsible for purchasing and reconciling all shop supplies not provided by Tesla.
