About Jason Bolsinger

After 17+ years of service as an Army Officer, I am looking for my next adventure. My time in the Army transitioned into military intelligence and information security following 7 years in cavalry units. As an operational leader, I’ve led teams of various sizes and with different objectives. As a leader, I describe myself as analytical, action-oriented, and person-first. I’m passionate about empowering leaders to make decisions, speak honestly, and act courageously. Whether my team is comprised of 4 or 650 people, I focus on fostering relationships with each person so that I may call upon each individual’s strengths when executing plans. Given the Army’s ever-changing circumstances, I’m proficient at risk management and contingency planning, and I’m truly up for any challenge. Some of my proudest career moments include- Leading the Information Advantage Directorate based in Wiesbaden, Germany, tasked with military deception planning and monitoring special activities for Security Assistance Group - Ukraine, focusing on creating and exploiting advantages for Ukraine’s current operations- Deploying to Iraq and Afghanistan, resulting in the successful completion of 250+ security and civil affairs missions, enabling the 1st free election in Iraq, and safely returning with 650 Soldiers from Afghanistan- Spearheading training and operations for Soldiers across 3 major Army bases in Georgia, while mentoring 12 National Guard and Reserve partner units across 8 states- Synchronizing operations for 12 teams across 13 nations in US Pacific Command, including missions in the Philippines, and multinational exercises with Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and Great Britain- Partnering with US Special Operations Forces in developing country action plans at US Embassies in 13 overseas locations such as Bangladesh and India- Receiving my Ranger, Pathfinder, and Airborne certifications, enhancing my foundational Army knowledge and leadership skills. In my next role, I hope to focus on streamlining operations, building a team, and enabling team members to make fast, impactful decisions. If you’re looking for a dynamic leader to join your team, I’d love to hear from you!Jason
