In my role as the Financial and Operations Manager for the Central & Great Lakes Districts, I draw upon my progressive career experience and my solid education to manage the achievement of business and financial objectives of the Central & Great Lakes Districts with $100 million in annual revenues. I analyze financial information, gathering, monitoring, and evaluating data to implement solutions that improve financial status; review financial operations to monitor trends including labor costs, productivity, revenues, expenses, and financial ratios, in addition to preparing and presenting narrative, quantitative, and statistical data in budget forms, schedules, and reports. I also guide cost analysis process, establishing and enforcing policies and procedures that improve processes and drive department objectives.Some highlights of my experience in this role include…• Reporting Financial Results monthly to Corporate Accounting, including explanations of any variances to Plan.• Presenting District Financial Statement, EBIT Walk-Through, and KPI’s to the President and CFO quarterly.• Successfully merged the Central and Great Lakes Districts into one Central District, the largest District within Quadient, creating uniform financial, budgeting, and reporting.• Created a uniform commission and bonus platform for our Sales Managers, Sales Representatives, and Specialists, automating a majority of the process to eliminate human error and improve efficiency.• Under my Financial Leadership, the Central District has ranked #1 or #2 in the majority of Financial KPI’s such as Total Revenue vs Plan, HW Margin %, EBIT Achievement vs. Plan, OPEX as a % of Revenue vs. Plan. and has exceed budget regularly for Revenue, Gross Margin, and EBIT.
