I’ve had a passion for leadership since youth – Starting as an Eagle Scout and youth leader through my most recent roles as the Executive Leader for mission-critical public safety operations, implementing innovative technology, and formulating organizational strategy and development. I’ve spent over 15 years in executive technology positions, where I\'ve led the acquisition and implementation of cutting-edge technology, created organizational change, mentored and counseled C-level leaders, and built strong relationships with public and private sector partners to deliver top-notch services within the community. I have achieved results through testifying on important 9-1-1 legislation, public speaking, creating strong coalitions and strategic partnerships to allow greater successes, and seeking additional funding to allow growth and needed innovation within an aging infrastructure.
