I began my career at Bill Currie Ford as the Service Director, where I focused on stabilizing the service department by rebuilding technician retention, improving workflow, and implementing stronger accountability. Through a clear vision and hands-on leadership, I restructured technician pay to better align with productivity and career development, which significantly improved morale and retention.Shortly after, I was promoted to Fixed Operations Director, expanding my responsibilities to oversee the Service, Parts, and Body Shop departments. This broader role allowed me to unify fixed operations under one strategic approach, emphasizing collaboration and process improvement.I have driven initiatives to improve shop efficiency, optimize parts inventory management, and enhance body shop cycle times and insurer relationships. By introducing transparent KPIs and real-time performance dashboards, I empowered managers and teams to make data-driven decisions that increased profitability and improved customer satisfaction.Partnering closely with ownership and leadership, I have aligned fixed operations goals with the dealership’s long-term vision, supporting facility upgrades and technology investments that modernize the customer experience while improving operational throughput.My leadership style centers on accountability, communication, and continuous improvement—values that have helped build a high-performing fixed operations team focused on sustainable growth.
