As retail general manager for KEEN Footwear\'s flagship store, I am responsible for creating a unique and lasting fan experience that engages, and inspires. During my time with KEEN, I have had the opportunity to build KEEN\'s retail program from the ground up. Accomplishments and tasks include:• Creation/execution of retail brand policies and procedures• Planning, and opening new stores including KEEN Garage Palo Alto, KEEN Garage Portland, and KEEN Garage Tokyo• Responsible for creating seasonal store product assortments• In charge of drafting and maintaining yearly budgets• Responsible for creating and tracking seasonal product forecasts• Defining customer service standards and fan expectations• Team building and development • Marketing and advertising planning and execution• Store/brand event planning and execution
