   Jason is a senior partner based in the Dallas office of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He works with several leading private equity, hedge, and real estate funds across the globe. He provides tax structuring and consulting support related to a broad range of asset classes and financial products across multiple different markets and geographies. He is a leader in the Firm’s Sustainability practice and has considerable experience with energy focused funds that invest globally in energy infrastructure, renewables and climate related investments. Jason regularly assists clients with the design of new funds, blocking strategies, management company planning, tax efficient holding and financing strategies for new investments, planning for realizations, deal diligence, tax communications to fund investors, FATCA and CRS, U.S. withholding tax planning, U.S. and foreign tax reporting, tax controversy support, and ASC740 assessments.
