WORK HISTORY
Founder & Principal Consultant @M-Path Consulting
As Founder & Principal, I bridge the gap between technical expertise and market authority.I launched this practice in Jan 2025 initially to provide technical education, but quickly evolved to help Industrial Experts turn their internal knowledge into strategic assets. What I Do:Authority Architecture: I extract deep engineering expertise and \"tribal knowledge\" to build market-facing assets that drive inbound leads.Strategic Messaging: I help technical founders articulate their value proposition without the \"fluff.\"Digital Sales Strategy: I advise teams on modernizing go-to-market motions to shorten complex sales cycles.Note: I remain open to fractional advisory or full-time leadership roles that require a blend of deep industrial experience and modern digital strategy.

ABOUT JASON BEAN
Most system integrators and machine builders are respected on the plant floor and invisible everywhere else. The referral lands. The plant manager checks LinkedIn. What they find — or don\'t find — decides whether you get the call. That gap between your reputation and your visibility is costing you work you\'ll never know you lost. I know this because I lived the other side of it. Twenty-five years in industrial automation, licensed 309A electrician, technical sales at Westburne(Rockwell Motion Specialist) and Pepperl+Fuchs(Account Manager & IIoT specialist). I didn\'t learn LinkedIn from a course. I learned it as a sales tool, in this industry, where the consequence of getting it wrong was a meeting that never happened. I learned what makes a plant manager click through and what makes them scroll. What keeps you on a buyer\'s radar between RFQs. What kills credibility with a technical audience faster than silence does. That\'s not content strategy theory. It\'s buyer behavior observed from the selling side over years of real attempts with real consequences. I also served on the CSA Group Technical Committee for Smart Manufacturing and the APMA Smart Manufacturing Working Group, developing the standards Canadian manufacturers use to implement these systems. I\'ve delivered hands-on AI workshops at MD & M West, IME West, IME South, and IME East. I\'m the author of From Myth to Reality: Harnessing the Power of Industry 4.0. I don\'t teach LinkedIn strategy from the outside. Here\'s what working with me looks like: One 45-minute call per month. I write LinkedIn content in your voice, the war stories, the hard-won lessons, the expertise that lives in your head and nowhere else. You approve every word before it publishes. A system integrator I work with posted for the first time in over a year. Three posts later his content had reached people, 32% working in automation machinery manufacturing. Sixty engineers and plant managers visited his profile in 24 hours. Vendors he\'d been trying to reach for months started tagging him in their own posts. He hadn\'t changed his service. He hadn\'t changed his prices. He became visible to the people already looking for someone like him. I can\'t promise leads. I can show you exactly who\'s seeing your content, job titles, industries, companies. If the right people are watching, the visibility problem is solved. The close is yours. If you\'re a system integrator or machine builder ready to be as credible online as you are on the floor, send me a message.
