Resource Management: Partner with delivery teams in fulfillment of project staffing requests, collaborating in prioritizing resource requests and resolving resource allocation conflicts. Provide new employees a comprehensive onboarding program to enable a smooth transition into CGI and maintain career progression. Weekly review of forecasted resource allocation, and recommending actions (hiring, training, reductions, etc.); Quarterly review of CGI member’s skills and development priorities for career planning initiatives. Work with delivery leadership and workforce management teams to forecast and plan for the upcoming project pipeline and new offering launches. Review resource management reports (available members, current resource allocations, resource needs due to changing project needs, etc). Talent Acquisition: Act as CGI brand ambassador through social media, events and other networking channels. In partnership with CGI recruitment team, establish comprehensive and sourcing strategy to identify potential candidates through member’s referrals, social media, professional organizations, market research and other related channels.
