Founded the Private Sector Initiatives Division and developed a strategy for increasing private sector investment by leveraging MCC sustainable blended finance.• Developed the first MCC-wide private sector sustainability strategy which was approved by the CEO with a repositioning of the private sector team as a cross-cutting function.• Represent MCC on Presidential initiatives including Power Africa, Trade Africa, Doing Business in Africa, AGOA, National Export Initiative and US/Africa Business Forums• Design sustainable blended finance internal processes, program development and implementation analytical tools and, tracking and reporting databases.• Led the development of the American Catalyst Facility for Development (ACFD), the first blended finance facility between two USG agencies - MCC and DFC.• Served as MCC’s primary point of contact for businesses and partnerships.• Led development of a strategy for increasing sustainable trade and investments in MCC Compact countries.
