As the Director of Logistics and Material Management at WM, I\'m responsible for managing the logistics for the New England/Upstate New York market area. With over 20 years of experience in the waste management industry, I have developed strong skills in business development, strategic planning, and customer relationship management.I hold an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a B.A. in Geology/Earth Sciences and Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Boston. My education has equipped me with a solid foundation in business principles, analytical thinking, and problem-solving. I am passionate about delivering high-quality service to our customers and contributing to the sustainability and growth of WM.
