An engineer by training, I am a passionate people leader focused on team building and solution finding in challenging faced-paced environments. I have led teams through end-to-end HW/SW development, Systems Integration, and a variety of manufacturing / operations roles. I have managed products / portfolios $200M+ and bring a strong analytics / KPI focus with an additional background in lean product development / production. Outside of my tactical roles, I have worked enterprise wide special assignments to help implement key culture change and innovative strategic initiatives across organizations These assignments including partnering with outside consultants, working at C-suite/VP/Executive levels for developing and deploying strategies, and am heavily involved in Diversity and Inclusion projects as a coach, mentor, and thought-leader. Overall, I am an execution based leader focused on developing and trusting teams to do what is right while helping them break down complex situations to streamline efficiency and maximizing performance achieving incredible results.
