Business Consultant, in alignment with the goals of the organization, consults directly with a group of Operators in the development of plans that will enable them to grow guest counts and sales, improve profit, deliver QSC for the guest and deliver a best in class Guest Experience in our restaurants by meeting our Guests needs and exceeding their expectations. I am are responsible for planning with, consulting to, and following-up up with Operators and their staff to ensure successful deployment of national, regional and local initiatives (e.g, for products, equipment, promotions, processes and the guest experience) to drive sales growth, profit, Brand Leadership and QSC. I conduct assessments in assigned Operator organizations to drive operational excellence by monitoring performance and providing targeted consulting to Owner Operators and GMs through creation of quality action plans and active follow up.I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Jason Baldwin for almost 10 years. Jason’s enthusiasm for people, customers and the brand has helped propel his career. His passion for learning was evident in the 5 years he worked as a Learning & Development Consultant. He embraced proudly his role in helping others learn and grow, as well as is own commitment to developing his leadership skills. Jason is a team player, who goes above and beyond by building relationships and nurturing them to ensure he is able to support team goals. Jason is a recipient of a number of awards that has recognized both his individual high performance as well as team’s performance. In his current role, Jason uses his skills to assist his Franchisees in Business Planning and the execution of People, Operations, Sales and Financials plans.
