ABOUT JASON BAGGALEY

I am a self motivated individual who enjoys working in teams to deliver the best outcomes for clients. I have a wide understanding of real estate built up over many years where I have always looked to develop and learn, as well as help others. I do not accept the status quo, and seek ways of improving outcomes for all stakeholders. I have overall responsibility for a pan-European residential opportunistic fund, as well as sitting on the IC for UK funds and a US infrastructure listed fund. I was brought in to oversee the opportunistic fund as it was suffering from various issues. It has proved to be a very challenging role requiring in depth knowledge of a variety of markets, debt (bank and bond), and management of internal and external stakeholders. For the period 2003 to 2024 I was a real estate fund manager with responsibility for building and running both pension funds and a listed REIT. In 2024 I oversaw the wind up of the listed REIT I had managed for 18 years and built from a market cap of £90m to over £450m at its peak through equity issuance and corporate activity, providing shareholders with an optimum return of capital strategy. I have built several portfolios and set asset management strategies for their ongoing performance, through various market cycles. I like to identify themes and create a clear strategy for investors. Now I have more of a strategic oversight and client focussed role and help develop new products. I have a passion for delivering client outcomes and driving portfolio returns in a risk controlled framework.
