About Jason Arneson
I work at CoBank focused on data center and digital infrastructure financing, partnering with sponsors to structure and execute capital solutions across the development and operating lifecycle. My role centers on underwriting complex real estate and infrastructure assets through detailed financial analysis, market diligence, and risk‑return evaluation.Over the past nine+ years, I’ve managed, acquired, and underwritten $1B+ of real estate development and project finance transactions, helping guide investment decisions and capital allocation for institutional stakeholders. I enjoy collaborating with developers, operators, and capital partners to solve challenges and bring large‑scale projects to market.Outside of work, I enjoy hiking and golfing whenever I can, and I’m an avid traveler—always looking for opportunities to explore new cities, cultures, and environments.
