   Once again positioned within Financial Service this time with the intent of focusing collection efforts on Students\\Drivers that retained a past due balance after termination. This effort was intended to maximize CRST collection results and reduce the amount of fees paid to third party collection. I started by consolidated billing and bringing current 7 divisions of CRST (3752 Students\\Drivers) under one banner within my first 90 days I continue to participate in customer meetings personal speak to and resolve billing on 18257 Drivers YTD I have collected $1,558,515 on accounts that would have been normally sent to third party collections. This effort has saved CRST $295,480.25 in agency fees YTD. My involvement has resulted in internal collections increase of 40% YTD at the same time reducing contracted deficit write-off’s by 51%.
