In my role as a Learning & Development Manager, I demonstrate proficiency in various facets of managing and delivering Learning and Development initiatives and experiences across the global organisation-Led the design, development, and delivery of dynamic, interactive global management training programs. Leveraging first principles thinking and data-driven research, I partnered with HR to assess management needs and structure sessions effectively, meeting research backed needs. These programs cater to managers from Team Lead to VP level and incorporate digital engagement tools and tailored materials to support ongoing learning, creating a dynamic an highly engaging training experience- Spearheaded the creation and management of Dayforce Learning Management System (using Docebo underpinnings) creating custom user interfaces/ experiences for different departments, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience in day-to-day operations and reporting around interactions with learning content- Implemented comprehensive reporting mechanisms, providing insights into course enrolment, completion rates, and results, thereby facilitating informed decision-making- Designed, developed, and successfully delivered monthly soft skill training webinars, tailored for both the broader employee audience and customised versions specifically curated for managers. While using internal channels to market course content to the business and promote participation- Collaborated cross-functionally with other departments to identify learning needs and deploy effective solutions, such as webinars or e-learning content, helping fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development- Creation of professional video centric learning content, providing on camera direction and guidance, then finishing video content to a high standard utilising NLE software and colour grading the final result.
