A&Y Construction is primarily an aluminum cladding and commercial construction company, building retail, office, medical and other types of renovation and new projects. In addition, our diverse construction types and locations enable us to provide efficient permitting services.Our staff has managed numerous types of projects for an array of clients since 1991. These diverse projects have provided us with an extensive and loyal subcontractor base as well. We encourage clients to involve us during the design phase as we can offer assistance to the design professionals in regard to construction techniques and material use to help create cost-effective improvements in facility efficiency and functionality. We also encourage the use of LEED and other environmentally responsible construction practices. Additionally, our understanding of and relationships within many of the building departments enable us to expedite issuance of building permits and Certificates of Occupancy. Our integrity and professionalism are paramount. We are committed to providing quality workmanship and superior customer service while enabling our clients to achieve budgetary goals and overcome schedule constraints. Our goal is to create successful partnerships throughout the construction process thereby building strong and lasting relationships.
