About Jason Ritchie

Innovation matters when it produces measurable returns.Today, my work focuses on helping developers and ownership groups turn connectivity, infrastructure, and smart building strategy into incremental NOI and long-term asset value.I operate at the intersection of real estate development, technology, and operational performance—identifying opportunities to unlock new revenue streams, reduce operating costs, and implement solutions that are both financially sound and executable.Previously, as Director of Innovation at Hurley Development, I evaluated and implemented smart building and connectivity strategies that improved asset performance, enhanced tenant experience, and created new revenue and efficiency opportunities across diverse asset types. In 2023, I founded Pacific Impact, building out business development, establishing partnerships, and creating go to market project strategy focused on improving building performance and uncovering measurable financial outcomes across commercial and institutional properties.Leading strategy through execution, including identifying revenue opportunities, structuring and closing complex projects and partnerships, I work with ownership groups, operators, and partners to deliver results that perform over time.I bring a practical, deal-oriented approach to innovation, focused on what works in the field, aligns with capital and operations, and ultimately improves the performance and value of the asset, while actively creating revenue for organizations and taking some of the O&M burden off of facilities teams.I enjoy partnering with teams who value execution, clarity, and long-term relationships.
