I’m an early years educator with 4+ years of experience working closely with children aged 1–3, where thoughtful lesson planning, emotional understanding, and adaptability matter more than rigid methods.Over the years, fellow educators have often reached out to me for guidance on lesson planning, classroom situations, and professional decisions—because early education requires judgement, not just curriculum.I currently work at Dibber International Preschool under Norwegian pedagogy and have previously worked with Bhanzu (EdTech).
