I got into recruiting by accident. I stayed for the people. I\'ve spent around 10 years in Talent Acquisition, and what I love most is still the same: real conversations, understanding what drives someone, connecting the dots between what a company needs and what a person is looking for. I\'ve worked with small startups and global organizations, improving processes, implementing tools (I led the transition from Greenhouse to Ashby at SellerX), and trying to make the experience of hiring - and being hired - feel less like a transaction.For me, success isn\'t just closing roles. It\'s making people feel seen, both candidates and hiring managers.Outside of work, I write and take photos! Lots of them!
