I lead a superstar team of curation and operations experts who help learners around the world do whatever comes next. We explore and implement creative new strategies to improve our algorithmically driven systems and tools at scale, using strategic thinking, a roll-up-the-sleeves attitude, and tons of cross-functional collaboration. We LOVE to ask questions, like how can we- take a process designed to manage 50 courses and scale it for harness AI to automate curation workstreams without losing that \"human touch\"- meet customers\' evolving expectations and learning needs re: quality, freshness, relevance? In addition to my day-to-day responsibilities, I was the 2021 President of Women@Udemy and continue to support that ERG. Our mission is to empower, support, and connect women within our organization and in Tech at large.
