I manage income generation for TASC, concentrating on community, corporate and individual giving / donor care. I have implemented a donor stewardship programme to develop and retain supporters. I have worked on digital fundraising campaigns to raise awareness of the charity as well as generate new donors and income. My strategies are set with priorities ranging from engaging with the public, engaging with the community to raise funds, and to continue with the national corporate partnerships that have already been established.I contribute significantly to the creation and delivery of a marketing and communications strategy that supports income generation as well as raising awareness of our brand and the work we do for the ambulance community.I line manage, develop and lead a small team of 4 full time staff to help drive the strategies forward. I have restructured the department to fit with the overall vision and the theory of change of the organisation.
