I partner with teams and leaders to build clarity, collaboration, and psychological safety, and I use tools like the Enneagram, authentic relating, values work, and real-time visual facilitation to bring conversations to life.I’m also an illustrator and graphic facilitator. I love turning big ideas into images that help groups feel more connected and understood.
