ABOUT JASMINE LIU

I am a curious and persistent problem-solver who is excited by new challenges, which is why I am most passionate about sustainably building and scaling businesses, improving organizational efficiency, and executing complex projects in fast-paced environments. My approach to business strategy and growth is to build diverse teams, establish an inclusive culture, and support my team in executing a cohesive strategy. My career has been built on taking calculated risks supported by data and driven by my strong sense of values. From joining a cannabis start-up in the lead-up to recreational cannabis legalization in Canada; to starting a boutique consultancy on the cusp of legalization and working with clients to build their businesses; to most recently leading the operations and growth of a CPG company. I excel at translating vision into action, supported by my strong experience in operations, financial management, business and product development, risk management, strategic planning, regulatory affairs, and distribution.When I’m not working, I can be found seeking out my Platonic ideal of a meal, cooking up a storm, travelling to explore new foods and languages, or playing competitive basketball and dodgeball.
