About Jasmine Singh
After spending over 20 fulfilling years in a successful sales career—and living with a disability for more than 40 years—I’ve shifted my focus to healing in all areas of my life: physical, emotional, and spiritual.This is the second time I’ve required the support of Social Security Disability to give my body the time and space it needed to recover and rebuild. I’ve undergone 36 surgeries in the last 30 years, each one bringing its own challenges, lessons, and deep transformations. Yes—it’s a lot. But I’ve never given up.Through it all, I’ve leaned into the strength and grace of my incredible spiritual team, the unwavering love of my family and friends, and the expertise of my doctors, surgeons, and therapists. Alongside traditional care, I’ve also embraced holistic healing through Reiki, Ayurveda, fitness, medical cannabis, laughter, meditation, and, most powerfully—music. Every one of these tools helped guide me to where I am today: in remission and deeply committed to sharing my story.Today, I am a motivational speaker, bestselling author of Saved by Depeche Mode: An Epic Journey of Healing and Remission Through Music, and an advocate for those navigating disability, chronic illness, and healing journeys of all kinds.It is my honor to speak to diverse audiences about resilience, faith, fierce self-love, disability visibility, women’s empowerment, and the power of storytelling to heal. I believe our lived experiences—no matter how difficult—can become sacred medicine for others when we speak them out loud with courage and authenticity.I’m here to uplift, to educate, to empower—and to show that even in the face of adversity, joy, humor, and transformation are always possible.
