If I can teach someone a new selling tip or teach one of my counter managers how to drive their business, I feel accomplished. I enjoy motivating and enabling team members to drive results.• Throughout my career I have picked up many values along the way. The one value I have grown to love is to always be curious. This has been a guiding principal for me because I am always asking why and what I can do better. This principal has helped me to strategically think about business and to make purposeful decisions. I value honesty, transparency, and constructive feedback. I believe these are the cornerstones to great collaboration with others.• Certain aspects of my career demand creative problem solving. I use critical thinking and planning to problem solve and get answers. Since I work in a fast-paced environment, this requires me to solve problems even when most of the time I have little to no information. • Beauty has always been a passion of mine. When I was in college, I was the friend that provided make up tips and makeovers to others. The Beauty Industry is fascinating. I love what I do because I am able to teach clients what I have learned along the way to make them feel confident and beautiful.
