ABOUT JASMINE SAKPOBA

I\'m the founder of Obiter, the study platform built for UK law students. I\'m building it alongside an MA Law (Conversion) at the University of Law, where I\'m training for a career in commercial and transactional practice. Building the product has shown me how legal work actually happens day to day, and studying law is sharpening how I think about contracts, compliance and risk at Obiter.Before law, I worked in politics, policy research and strategic consulting. At UKRI I was a Research Analyst supporting national justice and security funding portfolios, where legal frameworks, regulation and public policy were the core of the work. At Q5 I ran organisational design projects for executive clients, turning strategy into concrete operating decisions and navigating the commercial, legal and governance constraints that shape large organisations.I hold a BA in Politics and German from the University of Bristol. I\'m fluent in German and have spent a lot of my career in international, cross-cultural settings.My strongest work is in legal and regulatory analysis, commercial judgment, and client communication, built through consulting and policy research. Open to conversations with commercial law firms, legal tech investors, and in-house counsel.
