I am a clinical psychology professional with a foundation in communications and journalism, and a career shaped by leadership roles across healthcare, research, media, and entrepreneurship. I began in digital marketing, digital/video journalism, and consulting, holding executive support and operational roles within business and fashion/retail environments that built my strengths in strategy, coordination, and execution.During the COVID-19 pandemic, I transitioned into the healthcare sector, where leadership and administrative roles—combined with direct clinical experience across oncology, medical-surgical, cardiology, and pediatric units—deepened my interest in mental health and clinical research. This trajectory led me to earn a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University.Since then, I have led and supported clinical and academic research initiatives through hands-on experience coordinating studies, managing and analyzing data, overseeing program operations, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration across diverse populations and institutional settings.In parallel, I bring entrepreneurial leadership experience as Chief Operating Officer and Intern Coordinator of a womxn-owned publishing startup, where I directed operations, project management, team development, and strategic growth initiatives. Across sectors, I have consistently been entrusted with leadership responsibilities that require navigating complexity, aligning stakeholders, and delivering results.My background bridges analytical rigor, clinical insight, operational leadership, and strategic communication.
