I am in the life changing relationship business. As a performance-driven program management professional with proven success as a change agent in social services programs and education, my scope of experience extends to strategic community and school partnership development, non-profit program and project management, and development of processes to increase program brand recognition. I develop and execute compelling brand communications campaigns and events to expand awareness and gain support for community programs. As a strong leader of efficient teams, I facilitate hiring, training, and mentoring, ensuring effective program delivery and team growth through regular performance evaluations. As a skilled communicator, change agent, and program leader, I have demonstrated the ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships with teams and partners, maintaining continuous communication and collaboration in strategic initiatives focused on positive change.
