Partnering with Enterprise Retail and Consumer Goods customers to design AI and data-driven use cases that drive platform adoption and business value. Subject matter expert for Agentforce and Data Cloud platforms for D2C and B2B digital transformation, data strategy, and supporting customers on the Credit Consumption Model. •Conduct SQL-based consumption analytics to track customer usage patterns, identify growth opportunities, and measure quarter-over-quarter performance against regional benchmarks. •Guide customers through the complete implementation lifecycle - from ideation and scoping through pre-production, live deployment, and expansion - ensuring successful adoption and ongoing consumption growth.•Founding member of Consumption team, contributing to scale from from 10 to 75+ members globally by participating in final-round panel interviews, developing onboarding frameworks, and establishing foundational team processes.
