My clients are in the Financial Services Industry. I have worked on both buy side and sell side transactions within Fintech (payments, SaaS, Online lenders, etc.), Lending (Mortgage), Insurance (Insurance brokerage, Insurtech, Life Insurance) and others. I have worked on multiple high profile multi-billion dollar acquisitions and numerous middle market size deals. Analyses performed include, Quality of earnings, Net Working Capital, Net Debt, and etc.In addition to the above, I assist with the FS M&A quarterly newsletter distributed to clients and I serve on the DA & S people council.
