Provide HR Business Partners and management counsel regarding pay-related issues (department structures, pay change recommendations, new hire offers, wage and hour regulations, policy/procedure interpretation, etc.)•Assist HR Business Partners and department management in developing and revising job descriptions.•Conduct job analysis to determine FLSA exemption and salary grade assignments based on Federal and relevant state legal requirements, compensation philosophy, external market data, internal equity, and compensation guidelines. Ensure grade assignments are externally competitive and internally equitable, company-wide.•Conduct annual market and business analyses as requested and develop recommendations for budgets, programs, structures, etc, based on the analysis.•Provide analysis and recommendations regarding designing and administering short-term variable pay programs relevant to areas of support.•Coordinate necessary training and/or communications for management regarding compensation policies, philosophies, or procedures.•Assist in designing, analyzing, and administering sales compensation programs such as commissions and incentives, and help develop or support payout calculation tools and processes as assigned.•Program manages annual cross-functional HR processes, including global performance management, salary planning, and annual incentive administration.•Project manage unique HR initiatives as assigned.•Assist Benefits, HR Systems, or other HR staff in completing special projects or during peak periods.•Other duties as assigned.
