I demonstrated a passion for public service at an early age, beginning as a child with community service and continuing into my education and career choices as an adult. My academic background in political science at the bachelor’s level and public administration at the master’s and doctoral levels further honed my professional skills and interests. I am an ethical professional with unquestioned integrity and an entrepreneurial spirit. I have dedicated my professional and academic careers to becoming a better global citizen with emphasis on learning as a lifelong opportunity. Promoting long-term, sustainable improvement and growth through deliberate, ethical, equitable, and responsible administration has been a key theme of my education, professional, and volunteer efforts.
