At this point in my journey with Progressive, I work as a consultant in newly formed homeowners division, responsible for educating, advising, & acquiring clients with multiple risks & high value assets in accordance with state guidelines and regulations. Licensed P&C, Health, Life, Accidental in all 50 States & District of Columbia -Binding authority for 11 top underwriters- Piloting new team, new methods of sales and customer retention, working directly with Marketing - Account Managing households with multiple assets covered by our financial productsI function as the Diversity and Inclusion counsel liaison, leading diversity and inclusion initiatives for my specialty team. I am also a member of the training huddle team where we lead weekly education and training meetings.
