I\'m a community educator, facilitator, and learning experience designer with 10+ years of experience bringing people together around shared goals, whether in classrooms, community spaces, or virtual webinars.My work sits at the intersection of education, advocacy, and community engagement. As Education & Training Manager at the California Work & Family Coalition, I design and deliver trainings on paid leave and advocacy for diverse audiences across California, plan cross-sector statewide convenings, and build the partnerships and systems that keep programs running. What drives me in every role is the same thing: creating spaces where people feel genuinely seen, heard, and equipped to take action.    Designed and presented 17 paid family leave trainings over two years, including 4 high-impact webinars reaching 50+ participants each, strengthening community understanding of Paid Family Leave, State Disability Insurance, and related laws Partnered with external organizations to coordinate outreach and co-develop training content, increasing cross-sector audience engagement and contributing to successful completion of grant deliverables and yearly goals Expanded the Coalition’s public reach by delivering high-value trainings that boosted newsletter subscriptions, increased email list engagement, and elevated organizational visibility across key regions Developed planning documents, templates, and workflows that our team now uses weekly, improving efficiency, clarity, and transparency across projects Led, planned, and executed 2 of our annual full-day Statewide Convenings with 55-60 cross-sector participants, managing event logistics, agenda development, and on-site facilitation to ensure a smooth, engaging program Established and facilitated weekly virtual planning meetings, leading a 5-6 member cross-functional team in project management, alignment, and forward planning for statewide convenings and annual priorities
